Mark joined Victrio as Chief Executive Officer to drive a new growth phase for the company. Mark brings extensive experience in executive leadership at telecom, voice recognition, call center, networking, and internet service companies. Mark has previously been CEO at 10 companies, including Tuvox, Talking Blocks, Pacific Edge Software, and LoopNet, which went public in 2006 (Nasdaq:LOOP). Mark also brings operating experience from various enterprise software companies for IT governance, supply chain software, and web services management.
Mark has an M.B.A. and B.A. from Stanford University.
Co-Founder, VP Engineering and Chief Security Officer
Lisa is responsible for Victrio's engineering, including product development, data analytics, and quality assurance. Lisa brings many years of experience in leading engineering teams to develop robust, highly available on-demand software and systems for enterprises. Prior to Victrio, Lisa was VP of Professional Services and Engineering at BeVocal, a leading developer of on-demand self-service customer care for enterprises such as AT&T Mobility, MetroPCS, Disney, Vonage, BellSouth, and Qwest, prior to its acquisition by Nuance Communications. Lisa was BeVocal’s first employee and instrumental in leading development of its speech and web customer care solutions, voice portal, and voice communication suites. Prior to BeVocal, Lisa worked as Technical Lead at Conexant Systems.
Lisa has five U.S. patents, five journal publications, 15 conference papers, and has been profiled as one of Working Woman Magazine´s Outstanding Women. She holds a Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering and Computer Science from the University of California, Berkeley, and a B.S. in Electrical Engineering from Stanford University.
SVP of Solutions Delivery and Chief Privacy Officer
Manish is responsible for Victrio’s customer solution delivery and product management. Prior to Victrio, Manish held executive and management positions of progressive responsibility at West Interactive, Tuvox, Nortel Networks, Periphonics and SpeakEZ. He was a co-founder of SpeakEZ Inc., a spin-off venture from Rutgers University, with voiceprint verification products that were later acquired by Nuance Communications. Manish was also recognized by Speech Technology Magazine as one of the "Top 10 Leaders in Speech". In addition, he served as the chairperson of the VoiceXML forum's marketing and communications committee from 2008-2010, and on Speech Technology Magazine’s editorial advisory board.
Manish holds 6 patents in the area of voiceprint verification and speech processing. Manish has a Ph.D. in Electrical and Computer Engineering from Rutgers University.
VP of Client Development
Vipul helps Victrio’s financial and wireless carrier clients develop their needs for fraud detection and identity confidence solutions. Previously, Vipul was AVP of Sales with Nuance´s On-Demand Business Unit, providing business development and marketing support to Nuance´s extensive national sales team. Vipul worked with large enterprises to define their solution needs, market opportunity, and corresponding sales process. Prior to Nuance’s acquisition of BeVocal, a provider of on-demand call automation and customer care solutions, Vipul was responsible for new solution and business development for national wireless carriers. Vipul was previously a management consultant at Booz Allen & Hamilton and Price Waterhouse.
Vipul holds an M.B.A. from Dartmouth´s Tuck School of Business and a Bachelor´s in Commerce from the University of Virginia.
