Tony Rajakumar - Founder/CEO
As Founder and CEO, Tony had the original insight into how voiceprinting technologies could be leveraged in the fight against fraud. He transformed that vision into a deployable product by connecting with potential customers and re-engineering the product to fit their business processes. He delivered the key technical breakthroughs and patents that enable the core Victrio technologies. He also was responsible for charting the capital-efficient deployment model that the Victrio platform is built on.

Prior to Victrio, Tony was Client Engineering Manager at BeVocal, where he was responsible for project management and technical architecture for hosted speech applications for customer such as Cingular Wireless and AT&T. These applications handled millions of calls with very high reliability. Tony also founded and headed professional services at Voice Architects, a voice services company. Prior to Voice Architects, Tony was employee 34 at Nuance Communications, where he was in the engineering and professional services departments.

Tony holds a Masters in Electrical Engineering from Michigan Technological University, and he holds five patents.

Lisa Guerra - Co-Founder/VP Engineering
As Co-Founder and Vice President of Engineering, Lisa is responsible for the development of Victrio´s products as well as the hosting network that supports the service we provide our customers. Lisa has many years of experience in leading engineering teams that developed robust, highly available on-demand software and systems for enterprises. Prior to Victrio, Lisa was VP of Engineering at BeVocal, a developer of on-demand self service customer care solutions for clients including Cingular and MetroPCS. She started at BeVocal as the 1st employee. BeVocal was acquired by Nuance Communications in 2007.

Prior to BeVocal, Lisa worked as Technical Lead in the Advanced VLSI Architecture Department of Conexant Systems. Lisa holds 5 US patents, has five journal publications and numerous conference papers to her name and has also been profiled as one of Working Woman Magazine´s Outstanding Women. She holds a Ph.D in Electrical Engineering and Computer Science from the University of California, Berkeley and a bachelor´s in Electrical Engineering from Stanford University.
