Tony Rajakumar - Founder/CEO
As Founder and CEO, Tony had the original insight into how voiceprinting technologies could be leveraged in the fight against fraud.
Tony recruited the team, raised capital and executed against the vision. Today, the company is helping stop fraud losses with deployments in key target verticals.
Prior to Victrio, Tony was Client Engineering Manager at BeVocal, where he was responsible for project management and technical architecture for hosted speech applications for customer such as Cingular Wireless and AT&T. These applications handled millions of calls with very high reliability. Tony also founded and headed professional services at Voice Architects, a voice services company. Prior to Voice Architects, Tony was employee 34 at Nuance Communications, where he was in the engineering and professional services departments.
Tony holds a Masters in Electrical Engineering from Michigan Technological University, and he holds five patents.
Vipul Vyas - VP of Client Development
Prior to his current role, Vipul was AVP of Sales and an account
executive with Nuance´s On-Demand Business Unit where he was
responsible for growing the business by providing marketing overlay
support to Nuance´s extensive national sales team. Vipul was
responsible for defining the market opportunity and corresponding
sales process to help penetrate large enterprise accounts. He joined
Nuance by way of acquisition of BeVocal. At BeVocal, Vipul was
responsible for growing the company´s business with the national
telecommunications carriers and for conceiving and introducing new
products and services into this vertical. Vipul was responsible for
selling approximately $300 million in services to BeVocal´s key
enterprise accounts. Prior to joining BeVocal, Vipul was a management
consultant for Booz Allen & Hamilton and Price Waterhouse.
Vipul holds an MBA from Dartmouth´s Tuck School of Business and a bachelor´s in Commerce from the University of Virginia.
Lisa Guerra - Co-Founder/VP Engineering
Lisa has many years of experience in leading engineering teams that
developed robust, highly available on-demand software and systems for
enterprises. Prior to Victrio, Lisa was VP of Professional Services
and Engineering at BeVocal, a developer of on-demand self service
customer care solutions for clients including AT&T Mobility and MetroPCS.
She started at BeVocal as the 1st employee and was instrumental in
leading the development of it´s customer care web and speech
solutions, as well as its voice communication and voice portal
application suites. Prior to BeVocal, Lisa worked as Technical Lead
at Conexant Systems.
Lisa holds 5 US patents, has five journal publications and 15 conference papers and has also been profiled as one of Working Woman Magazine´s Outstanding Women. She holds a Ph.D in Electrical Engineering and Computer Science from the University of California, Berkeley and a bachelor´s in Electrical Engineering from Stanford University.
David Hartig - VP of Operations, Chief Security Officer
David leads Victrio's efforts to deliver Victrio's industry-defining solution
to customers. He is also responsible for leading efforts within Victrio to
ensure Victrio's use and application of data is concordant with privacy
laws and best practices.
David has over 17 years of executive and technical leadership experience within the telecommunications industry. David was most recently VP of Core Engineering for Nuance´s On-Demand Business Unit where he was responsible for the Reporting and Analytics infrastructure as well as the on-going development of the high volume web-based Service Delivery Platform. Hartig joined Nuance when it acquired BeVocal, were he was the VP, Product Development responsible for leading the team developing the core application and platform technologies that support BeVocal´s solutions. Prior to joining BeVocal, he was VP of Engineering at Clarus Systems, a developer of Voice over IP software components. He has also held executive engineering positions at Mockingbird Networks, Empirix and Comverse Network Systems.
David holds an MBA from Boston University and a bachelor´s degree in electrical engineering from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
