Deployment Options
Victrio can be deployed in the following incarnations:
Victrio LiveOutboundTM: With Victrio LiveOutbound, the customer places a call to the Victrio network and Victrio instantaneously passes it on to the person being screened.
Victrio LiveOutbound can be immediately deployed with the Zero-IT mode, or can interoperate with customer telecom and IT equipment via the Open API.
Victrio LiveInboundTM: When calls are coming into the enterprise, Victrio can interpose itself between the incoming telecom line and the enterprise´s call distributor or call centers.
Victrio AutoInboundTM and Victrio AutoOutboundTM: Victrio´s system can be deployed in a completely automated fashion. Just like an IVR can automate calls, Victrio´s system can be designed with an automated speech application and can automate the entire fraud screening process.
Victrio AudioTransferTM: For the most advanced customers who require the maximum of control over the Victrio system, Victrio offers functions in its Open API that can be used to submit recorded audio for screening. In this case, the customer records the audio from a call, submits it and subsequently retrieves results over Victrio´s secure API.
